Analyst & Associate

Candidates for Analyst and Associate positions should ideally dispose of professional experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Venture Capital or Private Equity.

Your responsibilities:

• Research on and analysis of markets, sectors and companies
• Preperation of management supporting documents and materials
• Analysis of business models and business plans
• Identification and analysis of peer group
• Preparation of comparable company and comparable transaction valuation
• Assessment of business opportunities and strategic options for customers Preparation of Information Memoranda

Our specifications for successful candidates:

• Previous work experience
• Strong analytical, quantitative and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent language skills in English and German

Internships

We are always seeking ambitious interns. Interns will work closely with our team and will be able to gain first-hand experience on M&A and financing transactions.

Your responsibilities:

• Research on and analysis of markets, sectors and companies
• Preperation of management supporting documents and materials
• Analysis of business models and business plans
• Identification and analysis of peer group
• Preparation of comparable company and comparable Transaction Valuation
• Assessment of business opportunities and strategic options for customers Preparation of Information Memoranda

Our specifications for successful candidates:

• “Vordiplom” (or equivalent qualification) with above average grades and a minimum of 1-2 years of studying experience
• Previous work experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking, Auditing, Controlling / Finance
• Strong analytical, quantitative and computer skills
• Understanding of valuation and accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Fluent language skills in English and German
• Minimum length: 8 weeks
